Architect and ceramicist Allison Shawn started SOMBRA in 2021 with a goal to create work that invites presence. One look at her L.A. team’s striking sculptural forms, and we’d say they’ve nailed it. Every piece is made by hand, giving it a refined shape and raw texture like no other.
