Author Notes
This spin on a classic daiquiri goes light on the lime to let the acidity of fresh passion fruit shine. Bolstered by a small of shot of passion fruit liqueur, this drink doubles down on tropical fruit flavor. To complement, I prefer to use Smith and Cross, a lightly aged Jamaican pot-stilled rum with a touch of ripe-banana funk but any rum aged between 1-3 years should work here. —Noah Tanen
